General Anxiety Assessment
Anxiety is a normal human emotion, but anxiety disorders can cause overwhelming distress. This assessment helps identify symptoms of generalized anxiety, panic disorder, and social anxiety.
General Anxiety Assessment (GAD-7)
Loading assessment...
About the Score
The Generalized Anxiety Disorder scale was originally published in 2006 in the journal Archives of Internal Medicine. It is designed to be used as a brief screening questionnaire for generalized anxiety disorder.
The measure consists of 7 questions that relate to symptoms of anxiety disorder. Each question is scored from 0-3, with higher scores indicating greater anxiety-associated symptoms. The maximum score is 21 and the minimum score is 0.
Scores greater than 10 may warrant further investigation for the possibility of anxiety disorder (moderate to severe anxiety). Scores greater than 15 indicate severe anxiety.

Wheel of Life Assessment
Gain a holistic view of your life balance across key areas including career, relationships, health, and personal growth. Identify strengths and areas needing attention.
Wheel of Life Assessment
Loading assessment...
About the Score
The Wheel of Life is a widely used coaching tool that helps you assess your satisfaction across key life areas. It provides a visual representation of your life balance and highlights areas for improvement.
The assessment consists of 10 categories, each rated on a scale from 0 to 10 (0 = Not satisfied, 10 = Extremely satisfied) for both current and future states. The maximum score is 100 for each set, and the gap between current and future scores indicates areas for growth.
Scores below 40 may indicate areas of imbalance that could benefit from attention. Scores between 40 and 60 suggest moderate balance, while scores above 60 indicate a well-balanced life.
